Membrane clamping ring
- This refers to provision of mechanical clamping of waterproofing membrane for gullies and roof outlets.
Component used to clamp a membrane or a sheet floor covering to a body or extension. Gullies for use in floor constructions where the floor covering is a watertight synthetic material such as PVC shall be fitted with a sealing flange in accordance with table 2, and/or with a membrane clamping collar and shall be watertight when tested in accordance with BS EN 1253-2:2002, 10.3.1 or 10.3.2 as appropriate.
